“Well where to start. James is amazing from first contact to carrying out my repair. He is very polite and very efficient. He replaced my garage door motor and did it very neatly with no mess. He also clipped the new cables and existing cables making them look a lot tidier. His communication skills are impeccable. Ive had tradesmen in the past who are rubbish at communicating and also answering their phone. James answers his phone everytime and also communicates if he's running late which is a bonus nowadays. His prices are also very reasonable and you pay for quality with James. He also came back to replace some batteries in my safety edge device and did not even ask for any extra money. I don't know anyone who does that nowadays and offers customer service like this anymore. When you have a trader in your home you need to be able to trust them so thank you for being trustworthy. I needed some advice on making my garage door smart and James offered and also guided me through this procedure.
